Small law office seeks part time office assistant.

Candidates should be well versed in Outlook, Word and Adobe. Experience with online filing platforms is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to diary tasks and to follow up are required. This job involves filing, telephone calls, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, mailing, opening and distributing mail, preparing form documents, uploading documents, submitting invoices, obtaining medical records, and coordinating vendors. This is not a legal secretary job requiring typing from dictation. This is not a remote job. Hourly rate commensurate with experience. Schedule is reasonably flexible. Benefits include PTO and 401K.
