An experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager who is nimble and aggressive to fight for our clientsHas 3+ years experience as Commercial Lines Account Manager serving larger regional and national clientsHas a current Property & Casualty Resident Agent LicenseSomeone who has a winning “can-do” attitude in a fast-paced environmentCan work as a team player with the ability to work autonomouslyIs looking for long-term growthCan handle high-level clients with professionalismEastern time zoneCan live by our core valuesKey Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional service to assigned Commercial Lines accounts and coordinating with others where necessary to achieve optimal resultsInterface with clients regarding commercial lines insurance service issues including research of policy forms and endorsements, audit disputes, certificates of insurance, loss experience, and any other aspect of commercial lines insurance service as neededDelivering and maintaining all aspects of new business and renewal transactions while working directly with clients to understand their needs and strategically offer the best coverage options. From preparing applications and advocating for the client to preparing and presenting proposals, binding, invoicing, finance agreements, etc.Work with clients, underwriters, and team members in a timely mannerMaintain accurate and complete records in our system of all activities related to clients and prospects, especially documenting coverage reductions or refusalsEffectively utilize technology, following workflow and standards established by department manager and agencyStay abreast of the commercial lines marketplace including attendance at meetings and seminars and communicate with clients directly or through producers regarding new product offeringsWork with Commercial Lines team to meet department goals, develop and meet individual goals, and receive regular performance feedbackDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, company representatives and other team members to ensure optimal results in retention and satisfactionEnsure that assigned customers are aware of all Mallory Agency offerings and coverages they may need through checklists and cross sell conversations, including documentation thereofSalary based on experience
Job Requirements :
Property & Casualty LicenseMust have a minimum of 3 years experience serving larger regional and national clientsHighly proficient in a technological agency environmentOrganized and possess excellent written and oral communication skillsPossess critical thinking skills when working with clients and carrier partnersCan-do problem solving & decision making skillsAbility to work in a high urgency environmentSchedule :
8 hour shiftMonday to FridayLicense / Certification :
