Sr. SCM Business Analyst
The Sr. SCM Business Analyst is responsible for assigned analytics of Supply Chain Management (SCM) to provide insight into SCM-related business performance and areas for improvement. This position assists with presenting insights to SCM leadership concerning overall SCM and partner performance as the basis for their decision making and strategic planning. The Sr. Analyst develops internal / external information sources for business analysis and creates, enhances, or selects the analytical methodologies and tools used to perform the analysis.
Job Responsibilities :
- Presents or supports the data storytelling on actionable business insights to SCM leadership as the basis for decision making and strategic planning.
- Improves data warehouse design and develops Alteryx model and BI dashboards, including but not limited to KPI dashboards for on-time, fill rates, actual vs plan, etc.
- Assists with and supports the identification, implementation, configuration, and adoption of SCM systems and technology solution improvements.
- Develops analytics models, templates, tools, and automation to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and synergies across SCM
- Analyzes and plans demand with cross-functional teams with necessary alignment. Facilitates collaboration and refines SOPs and demand planning models to improve sustainability and scalability.
- Conducts periodic end-to-end price audit process, from reporting to reconciliation with DCs and Accounting. Analyzes ad-hoc compliance cases to provide insights to SCM business partners for resolution.
- Manages periodic AOP reporting and ad-hoc supply chain financial analyses. Facilitates the AOP / Annual Budgeting process with Sourcing, Supply Management, Finance, and Marketing.
- Engages in the establishment of process improvement initiatives, including SOP and methodology. Identifies and coordinates top improvement opportunities for the department.
- Performs ad-hoc analysis or project to support the strategic business needs of the department and PRG to improve business results and efficiency.

Your background and experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience requiredMinimum five years of supply chain analytics and / or business analytics experience, preferably in a multi-unit food service organizationSuccessful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.Pay Range : P3 : $90,000- $126,500 per year
