This is a PRN position.

The CT Technologistwill make a difference on our team by performing diagnostic medical radiographic.

Primary Duties :
Acquiresordered images including evaluating these images for tec hnical quality. Sends images toappropriate destinationsfor interpretation.
Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of work areas. Reports any unsafe or potentially unsafe conditions. Maintains CT and other equipment in efficient operating order.Performs preventative maintenance regularly.
Obtains patient history, answers patient questions, and explains procedures.Transports patients to radiographic room and prepares andmaintainsroom.
Performs radiographic examinations. Prepares written documentation such as evaluation results, individualized treatment plans, and progress reports.
Requests and orders supply.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED.
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in the State of Maryland and CT certification
Basic Life Support (BLS).
Associatedegreepreferred.
This position has a hiring range of : USD $39.25 - USD $64.71 / Hr.
