Work independently under our approved policies while applying your nursing skills onsite.\n\nBonus\n\nThis position is eligible for bonuses.\n\nSchedule : Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM.\n\nEssential Functions\n

- Triage injured or exposed employees, administer basic first aid, prepare for evaluations, and manage cases per client needs.\n
- Conduct health assessments, document findings, evaluate results, make referrals, and ensure follow-up for work-related and non-work-related health conditions.\n
- Participate in the substance abuse testing program by collecting specimens, managing results, and reporting outcomes per policy.\n
- Perform occupational health testing as required by regulations, including lab draws, audiograms, vision screenings, and pulmonary function tests.\n
- Serve as a point of contact for client representatives regarding employee health issues.\n
- Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies and educational material in the onsite clinic.\n
- Keep accurate records of state and federal mandates, including DHEC, OSHA, TJC, NRC as assigned.\n
- Support the onsite clinic by engaging in safety and health wellness initiatives.\n
- Contribute to policy development and operational improvements for Employer Health Services.\n
- Assist with clinical duties across Employer Health Services locations and provide backup support for workers' compensation and occupational health testing.\n
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities\n
- This is a non-management position reporting to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n
- Education : Associate degree in Nursing.\n
- Experience : Three (3) years in nursing or two (2) years in Occupational Medicine nursing; urgent or emergency care experience preferred.\n\nRequired Certifications, Registrations, Licenses\n
- RN License (South Carolina).\n
- Current CPR / BLS certification.\n
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing is preferred.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n
