As an integral member of the Infrastructure Team , you'll work closely with teammates across divisions—supporting both in-person and remote users, maintaining IT equipment, and implementing cloud-based solutions. Your efforts will help ensure the reliability, efficiency, and security of the systems that keep our operations moving forward.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

• Provide timely, professional technical support both remotely and on-site.
• Order, configure, deploy, and support IT hardware and software.
• Manage IT equipment inventory and ensure accurate tracking.
• Collaborate with business users to understand and support their technology needs.
• Participate in IT projects, including the implementation of Azure cloud solutions.
• Respond to support requests with urgency and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Document procedures, solutions, and system configurations for consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed to support operations.

Pay Details : $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
