We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to support the design, development, and implementation of training programs and resources that optimize the learning experience for both internal employees and external clients.
This role focuses on creating effective curriculum, engaging learning content, and clear documentation that aligns with business goals and operational objectives. This is a 100% remote role.
Responsibilities Develop proficiency in Millennium Systems International products, policies, and processes Build subject matter knowledge of Meevo and related third-party integrations Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather information and align training needs Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and recommend solutions Design and develop engaging courses, eLearning modules, and training materials for internal and external learners Create, update, and maintain curriculum and documentation to support business goals Adjust training content and resources in response to software releases, enhancements, and policy updates Evaluate and refine training courses and learning experiences to ensure effectiveness and learner engagement Contribute to action plans and projects related to education initiatives, learning platforms, and training goals Support updates and adjustments that impact the LMS / DAP May assist in creating knowledge assessments to measure learner understanding and retention Requirements Instructional Design Certificate or 2–3 years of instructional design experience Strong skills in presentation and content design using PowerPoint Experience with at least one eLearning authoring platform (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) Excellent written / verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging learning content Knowledge of instructional design principles, teaching methodologies, and adult learning strategies Ability to conduct needs analysis and design curriculum that addresses learner and business needs Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively seek solutions Creative and critical thinking to propose and implement improvements Ability to accept and apply feedback to improve learning materials Preferred Hands-on experience designing and developing courses in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise highly desirable) Familiarity with video capture and editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar) Experience designing blended learning programs (eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning) Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) Prior Meevo knowledge or experience working in SaaS or tech-driven environments Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and analytics Pay Transparency Millennium Systems International is committed to providing all Team Members with competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $45,000- 60,000 In addition to base pay, the total compensation package may also include performance bonuses, benefits, and / or other applicable incentive compensation plans. What we offer :
