Job Title : Retail Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash

As a Retail Sales Associate at Super Star, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our products. Using a consultative sales approach, you will guide customers through their options, showcasing your passion for helping people and finding a solution that works best for our customers!

In our fast-paced environment, flexibility and adaptability are essential to staying ahead and meeting our customers' needs. We prioritize integrity and trust within our sales team, fostering a supportive and ethical workplace.

P.S. You will need to like working outside as this role is supporting our customers in our fast pass lanes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage Customers : Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
• Perform Additional Tasks : Take on other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

At least one year of customer service experience.

Work Environment

Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

Unlock Your Earning Potential : $20$25 per hour! (Base Pay : $18.00 - 18.75 / hour + Weekly Commissions + Monthly Retention Bonuses)

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience and geographic location. This role is eligible to earn a weekly sales commission and monthly membership retention bonus based on individual performance.
