(Immediate start)Reason for coverage : Emergency medical leave Schedule : 10 days of call, 1-2 days in clinic (clinic is optional)Shift : 7a-7a call, clinic Monday Friday 8a-5pCall : YesPatient volume : 300 deliveries per year, clinic 15-18 ppd Scope : Call : unassigned ED and group coverage (no circs, no high risk, 36 weeks or patients over 50 BMI get shipped out as high risk)Clinic : OB and GYN, preventive and prenatal / post-natal visitationsEMR : EpicHospital : 39 bed facility, no trauma designationGroup / support : 2 other OBGYNs in the group, 1 mid-wife (no supervision), 24 / 7 ED, PED on callEmergency Credentialing : Can credential in 24 hoursRequirements (boards, license) : Oregon license and OR DEA required at time of application and board certified or board eligible
