Play a critical role in achieving business results by designing and executing key strategies while you gain broad knowledge of Medtronic's marketing, business development or strategy functions. Internship Overview :
Full-time (temporary) salaried positions that are 11 weeks long
4 days on site in office
Housing, relocation, and transportation assistance are provided for interns who are required to relocate for the summer.
Available locations vary based on business needs and may include Minneapolis, MN; New Haven, CT; Boston, MA or Lafayette, CO.
We provide educational programming, social events, networking, and leadership exposure throughout the summer.
You will be paired with a Peer Mentor who is a Medtronic employee to help guide you through your internship.
High-performing Interns are considered for our Leadership Development Rotational Program, a highly regarded 2.5-year program with two U.S. rotations in different areas of the business.
MUST HAVE :
To be considered for a summer 2026 MBA LDRP internship, you must meet the following basic requirements. To be considered for a position, clearly indicate how you meet these criteria on your resume.
Currently enrolled in a fulltime MBA program (class of Spring 2027)
Minimum of 4 years relevant professional experience
Highly mobile; willing to pursue and relocate to different geographic assignments
Candidates applying for Medtronic's Summer Internship Program must have current work authorization and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. The Medtronic Summer Internship Program does not provide work authorization sponsorship for summer intern positions. Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for the Medtronic Summer Internship Program.
Participants must be able to participate full time as part of our intern cohort.
Competitive candidates will demonstrate the following :
A minimum of 4 years (48 months) progressively responsible professional work experience
Global mindset, as demonstrated by extensive travel, advanced language skills or involvement with international projects
Ability to manage complex projects and accomplish objectives
Success in leading teams (directly or indirectly) to support collaboration and deliver results
An interest in technology, medical devices, healthcare, or passion for bringing lifesaving technologies to people globally.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : 115,000-115,000 The base salary, $115,000.00 (annually) is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
