Business Analyst - ServiceNow HAM

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - ServiceNow HAM.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow HAM solutions aligned with business goals

Gather and analyze business requirements to develop HAM use cases and configure HAM modules

Work closely with various teams to understand asset management needs and provide training to stakeholders

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

Proven experience in designing and rolling out HAM use cases

Deep understanding of HAM architecture, including data models and lifecycle workflows

Experience with ITIL processes and asset lifecycle management

Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities
