Pump Our Boat Operator

Job Posting

The Town of Westerly is looking for candidates who are interested in the physical management of the harbors and surrounding waters of Westerly, Little Narragansett Bay, and Stonington Harbor. The duties of the Pump Out Boat Operator include pump out service to vessels in these areas as well as marina areas and the maintenance of the vessel and equipment. Close Boat Handling Certificate will be offered to those who accept the position.

Qualifications and experience :

Must be proficient in safe boat handling.

Knowledge of rules of navigation and maritime law.

Must have 3 years of boating experience.
