Join Extenteam to lead our marketing and growth initiatives. Extenteam is a staffing and proptech company helping short‑term rental operators. We grew to 430 people and 10+ MM ARR but now focus on AI, automation and execution.
What You’ll Own
- Translate business objectives into a high‑impact marketing strategy that drives measurable growth for multiple SKUs (Tailwind Platform, x10Labs.AI, Simplehost and legacy business unit)
- Define positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiences in B2B SaaS, proptech and short‑term rentals
- Collaborate with the CRO and executive team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
- Build the marketing function as we scale, eventually hiring and leading a team
Budget & Performance Management
Own the marketing budget (over $500 K annually) with relentless focus on ROI and performance optimizationReport monthly on pipeline contribution, MQLs, CAC, attribution and other key KPIsMake data‑driven decisions on channel mix and resource allocationAgency & Stakeholder Management
Lead and manage our digital and content agency partners and specialist contractorsAlign internal stakeholders across Sales, Product and Operations on marketing prioritiesDemand Generation & Sales Enablement
Drive qualified pipeline through ABM, paid media, webinars, content and full‑funnel campaignsEquip the Sales team with compelling collateral, tools and messaging that convertsPartner closely with Sales to understand buyer pain points and optimize conversion ratesContent & Digital Marketing
Oversee content strategy and execution across blogs, webinars, case studies, thought leadership and videoManage our website experience, SEO strategy and social presence (, YouTube, TikTok)Ensure content supports both top‑of‑funnel awareness and bottom‑of‑funnel conversionMarketing Operations & Analytics

Required
5‑10+ years in B2B marketing with at least 3+ years in growth or performance marketing rolesHands‑on leadership experience : built or scaled marketing functions, ideally at a startup or high‑growth companyExperience in B2B SaaS, proptech or short‑term rental (or adjacent industries)Performance‑driven mindset : data‑centric decisions based on CAC, MQLs, pipeline contribution and attributionAgency management experience : hire, brief, manage and hold agencies accountableBudget ownership : managed $500 K+ marketing budgets and demonstrated ROIStrategic yet scrappy : set strategy and roll up sleeves to write copy, build landing pages or analyze spreadsheetsExcellent communicator : inspire executives, align cross‑functional teams and tell compelling storiesMust be commutable to Miami, Florida or willing to relocateBonus Points
