Key Responsibilities :

• Develop write and refine high-quality content tailored to the Energy Management domain.
• Create content that supports a B2C customer journey ensuring clarity relevance and emotional engagement.
• Act as a content educator and consultantguiding users simplifying complex ideas and shaping messages that build trust.
• Inspire and collaborate with internal teams providing direction on tone storytelling and consumer-centric communication.
• Rewrite or elevate existing content to improve clarity emotional depth and user impact.
• Work closely with Europe-based UX Designers ensuring smooth collaboration across time zones.
• Contribute ideas to improve content strategy messaging frameworks and user experience.
