Go-To-Market Chief Of Staff

We're looking for a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Go-To-Market Chief Of Staff to support our Co-Founder & President. This is a high-leverage role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring our sales and marketing engine runs with speed and precision.

You'll serve as the operational and strategic right hand driving alignment across marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success, managing priorities, and ensuring the GTM organization executes flawlessly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, anticipates needs, and operates as a force multiplier for leadership and the broader team.

Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Prioritization

• Partner closely with the Co-Founder & Head of GTM to define priorities and translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
• Drive alignment between Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure GTM initiatives move forward cohesively.
• Track progress against OKRs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives, surfacing insights and blockers before they escalate.
