This position quotes insurance policy premiums to
incoming sales prospects while providing excellent customer service
to new and existing customers. This position will report to a
Sentry Office location, or has the ability to work remotely from
home. What You'll Do : As a Property and Casualty Licensed Sales
Representative, you will work in an inbound and outbound call
environment assisting in quoting and closing the sale of auto
insurance sales. You will do this by… Provide quotes and bind
coverage for customers in a timely fashion. Answer inbound customer
inquiries on coverage limits, deductibles, etc. to customers. Use
different systems to verify the accuracy of the information
received. Assist existing customers with policy changes and other
inquiries. Make outbound calls to follow up on leads that have the
probability to purchase policies. Verify answers or questions with
other departments, such as underwriting. What it Takes : ~6 months
of related work experience or more ~ Property & Casualty or
Personal Lines license is required ~ Bilingual (English and
