Physician - General Surgery

Mount Nittany Health is seeking a BC / BE General Surgeon ! Join an employed group consisting of 4.4 physicians and 4 APP’s that provide coverage at Mount Nittany Medical Center, a 260-bed acute care facility in State College, PA.  State College offers all of the luxuries of a college town—including short commutes, NCAA Sports, Arts, high quality schools and outdoor recreation abounds with beautiful hiking and biking trails. Community based medicine is a plus! The physician will be provided a robust recruitment package.

The Position :

• 1 Hospital : Mount Nittany Medical Center
• 12 total OR’s and an off-site Surgery Center with 4 OR’s.
• 4 Surgeons and 4 APP’s
• 1 : 4 call and will go to 1 : 5 call
• 2 da Vinci Robots
• EMR : Meditech with transition to Epic
