Corporate Transactional Attorney (Houston)

We're helping an established Houston law firm hire an associate level attorney with a broad transactional background. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.

Any of the following experience is a plus for this role :

• Lending transactions
• Municipal finance
• Tax
• Advising local governments on public law matters
• Election law
• Open Meetings Act
• Land use

The person hired for this role must be able to attend / represent clients at meetings which are often at night / after business hours.
