Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Responsibilities - Administer anesthesia for general surgical and neurosurgical cases- Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration as required- Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout surgery- Work under direct supervision in a collaborative setting with anesthesiologists- Maintain continuous patient monitoring throughout the perioperative phase- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and anesthesia records- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards- Respond to emergencies and provide airway management

Qualifications - Board Certified CRNA- Active Michigan license- Clean background- BLS, ACLS, PALS certified- Minimum of 1 year CRNA experience

Working Hours - Four 10-hour shifts per week- No on-call duties- Day shifts

Skills - Strong focus on general and neurosurgical anesthesia- Experience with pediatric and adult patients- Proficient in using Epic EMR system- Excellent teamwork and communication skills- Ability to handle emergencies and provide effective airway management
