• Base Salary : $40,000$50,000 / year (DOE).
• Commission Opportunities : Potential to earn an additional $30,000+ annually based on sales performance.
• First-Year Income Potential : $80,000 or more for motivated, high-performing individuals.

A+ Auto Service is seeking a highly motivated and personable Service Consultant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our customers have a seamless, professional, and positive experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities :

Communicate effectively with technicians and customers to ensure transparency and clarity throughout the service process.

Provide strategic solutions and advice to customers regarding repairs and services.

Manage scheduling, estimates, and follow-up calls with efficiency and professionalism.

Collaborate with team members and take direction effectively to meet company goals.

Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly work environment.

Key Traits & Qualifications :

A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be personable and approachable.

Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities to handle challenges effectively.

Previous customer service or automotive service experience is a plus, but not required.
