Job description

Customer Service Manager Who :

  • An experienced Customer Service Manager with a background in manufacturing, ideally in the flooring industry or a related field.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and motivate a customer service team, and a proven track record in implementing effective customer service processes.
  • This individual should be proactive, customer-focused, and adept at problem-solving to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • The Customer Service Manager will lead and support the customer service team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination to meet customer needs.
  • This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on management to deliver timely and effective service.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure orders are accurately processed and delivered.
  • Analyze customer service metrics and prepare reports to evaluate team performance.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in customer service management, with a background in manufacturing (flooring industry experience a plus).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
