Shift : Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (11 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 AM)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1570 - $1680

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Labor & Delivery RN experience required

Active, permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State nursing license at time of application

Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (active, not pending)

One supervisory reference from Labor & Delivery (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director)

COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical / religious exemptions considered)

BCI / FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing

Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation

Negative 10-panel drug screen required within 12 months of start date

Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery unit

Monitor patient status, administer medications, and assist with labor and delivery procedures

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Accurately document patient care in accordance with hospital and clinical policies

Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care

Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff
