Comprehensive Home Health Solutions is looking for an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team for weekend home health visits. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated nurse who wants to make a meaningful impact by providing exceptional, one-on-one patient care in the comfort of their homes. What You'll Do :

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Conducted patient assessments and developed personalized care plans.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

Qualifications :

Active RN license in Nevada.

Minimum 1 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.

Home health or similar experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Team player focused on patient care.
