Field Supervisor

Job Description

We’re hiring a Field Supervisor for large-scale commercial new construction plumbing projects in the Charlotte area.

This is a direct-hire, permanent role with a leading plumbing contractor.

Local candidates only (must live within 1-hour commute of Charlotte, NC).

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead & supervise crews of 10–20+ plumbers / apprentices

Oversee subcontractors and coordinate suppliers, labor, equipment & materials

Review drawings, permits, and specifications for accuracy & compliance

Develop project schedules and ensure milestones are met on time & within budget

Monitor progress, costs, and productivity; help bring projects in under budget

Enforce OSHA & company safety standards; maintain clean & organized sites

Serve as the main point of contact with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

Prepare daily job reports, time sheets, safety reports, and change orders

What You Bring :

5+ years plumbing supervision (2+ years in commercial new construction)

Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, sequencing, & construction methods

Proven ability to lead field crews and manage subcontractors

Valid Plumbing License + Driver’s License
