About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Strategy & Program Execution to strengthen our technology leadership. This role is ideal for a proven technical and strategic leader eager to help shape and drive the roadmap for Agility's next-generation humanoid platform. You will orchestrate complex, cross-functional programs that span hardware, software, AI, product innovation, and commercialization, ensuring that Agility maintains its position at the forefront of the rapidly growing humanoid robotics space.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of technical program management, strategy execution, and organizational leadership within advanced robotics, automation, or adjacent technology industries. This role reports into the Office of the CEO within the Strategy & Program Execution Office

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the definition and execution of Agility's multi-year product and innovation roadmap, integrating hardware, software, AI, and systems engineering.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across R&D, Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
• Establish program governance frameworks, milestones, and KPIs to ensure delivery of high-priority initiatives on time, within scope, and at quality.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks in complex technical programs while maintaining agility in execution.
• Lead, influence and collaborate across leadership to ensure strategy and tactics are aligned with OKRs and overall objectives for Agility to lead across markets
• Partner with Product and Innovation teams to translate market opportunities and customer requirements into actionable development priorities.
• Build and lead program management processes that enable scalability, repeatability, and disciplined execution across the organization.
• Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, synthesizing data, insights, and trade-offs into clear recommendations and decision frameworks.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all program teams.
• Represent Agility in key strategic forums, both internally and externally, as a leader in humanoid robotics execution excellence.
• Drive results alongside peers within the Strategy & Program Execution office while ensuring cross-functional and cross-program visibility, progress and advancement from within the Office of the CEO
