Schedule : Full-Time | Field-Based | Every Other Week 4x10 Schedule (3-Day Weekends)

What You'll Do
- Coordinate care between injured workers, employers, and providers
- Use your clinical judgment to guide treatment and return-to-work plans
- Make in-person visits and maintain ongoing communication
