A company is looking for a Financial Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end commission process, including validating deal data and ensuring accurate payment distribution
Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate reporting
Support the preparation of financial reports and conduct ad hoc analyses to inform business decisions
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in FP&A, commissions, or a related corporate finance role
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and reporting
Experience managing commission workflows and ensuring data accuracy
Ability to leverage AI tools for finance workflows
Familiarity with enterprise finance tools such as Salesforce or NetSuite is a plus
