AM Law Firm Seeks Finance Associate

AM Law firm just started a search for a mid-level Finance Associate in Houston. One of my favorite firms...great lawyers, very collegial, exceptional history in town

Requirements include :

• At least 3 years of experience
• Significant hands-on experience in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of middle market lender's-side debt financing transactions, with strong UCC Article 9 experience essential
• Both single bank and syndicated commercial and asset-based lending experience preferred
• Energy finance experience is a plus.
• Candidates must have outstanding professional and academic credentials and be admitted to practice in Texas.
