Property Management Leadership

This position is responsible for the management of all operational activities within the Hanford Mission Integration Solutions (HMIS) Property Management organization. The organization operates day shift and consists of a mix of exempt and bargaining unit personnel located in the 2355 Stevens facility. Typical daily functions include oversight of the personnel with emphasis on safe operations, as well as compliance to a multitude of procedures and contractual requirements. In addition to this, the Property Manager is also responsible for a host of software programs which support operations, as well as a fleet of vehicles used to deliver equipment and materials across the site daily.

Basic Qualifications :

• BA / BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Prior experience in a leadership capacity (team lead, project / program manager, foreman, supervisor, manager, etc.).
• Customer oriented with proven ability to resolve situations arising from operational issues.
• Excellent communicator with ability to analyze complex situations and creatively solve problems.
• Working knowledge of High-Risk Personal Property and Export Control requirements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, with emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge.
