Property Management Leadership
This position is responsible for the management of all operational activities within the Hanford Mission Integration Solutions (HMIS) Property Management organization. The organization operates day shift and consists of a mix of exempt and bargaining unit personnel located in the 2355 Stevens facility. Typical daily functions include oversight of the personnel with emphasis on safe operations, as well as compliance to a multitude of procedures and contractual requirements. In addition to this, the Property Manager is also responsible for a host of software programs which support operations, as well as a fleet of vehicles used to deliver equipment and materials across the site daily.

To obtain this credential, new employees must successfully complete and pass a federal background check investigation. This investigation encompasses multiple areas of eligibility and includes a declaration of illegal drug activities, including use, supply, possession, or manufacture within the last year.
