Joon is seeking a Barback with experience and availability to support the team as a Busser / Runner as needed.
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar (preferred)
- A team player with good communication skills
- Reliable, efficient, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift heavy items and stay on your feet during shifts
- Passion for hospitality and learning about food, wine, and cocktails
Responsibilities
Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and iceKeep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked at all timesRemove trash and recyclables as neededMaintain high standards of cleanliness and safetyHelp with opening and closing duties of the barAssist bartenders during busy service to ensure smooth operationsOther support duties to Front of House as needed, including running food to tables during peak hours and bussing tables as needed.
