Job Summary

Stan McNabb Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs.

We are a family owned business for over 42 years with an exceptional reputation because of the way we treat our customers and employees. The position is supported by an experienced management staff and offers a great income opportunity as well as areas for growth and enhancement within our organization.

The right team member will maintain a positive attitude, work well with others, maintain the highest marks in CSI, meet performance metrics, and help train others.

$3000 Per Month Training pay for 60 days!!

Job Responsibilities :

Assist customers who visit the dealership showroom

Explain product performance and benefit to the customer

Strong Rapport building skills

Willingness and commitment to follow a sales process

Driven to not only meet but exceed performance goals

Requirements :

Retail sales experience preferred but not required

Great communication skills

Excellent computer skills

Strong and self-motivated personality is a must!

Prior experience working with customers and exceptional customer service skills

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Saturdays are a must!

Bilingual Spanish is a plus!

Additional Information :

Paid training is provided!

Pay $24,000 to $125,000 Top performers earn more!
