Essential Job Functions :
Administer medications within the scope of your license and provide daily care as directed.Perform personal care activities including bathing, grooming, and dressing.Assist with household services essential to health care at home, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.Encourage residents to engage in leisure activities and socialize with peers.Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident, reporting changes promptly.Respond courteously to resident requests and emergency situations.Promote safety by following infection control practices and reporting unsafe conditions.Assist residents with mobility and transportation for appointments and activities.Required Skills and Qualifications :
Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions.Tactful communication with residents, families, and staff.Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.Proficient in English for effective communication.Education and Experience :
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant or a licensed Medication Assistant in accordance with state laws.Preferred : 6 months or more of experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care facilities.Who We Are
