Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Financial Executive to become a pivotal member of our Executive Leadership Team. As a strategic advisor and financial steward, you will lead our financial strategy, operational planning, and compliance within the highly regulated cannabis sector.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive the company's financial strategy and ensure disciplined execution across all finance-related activities.
• Shape financial policies and spearhead growth initiatives while maintaining a strong understanding of financial regulations specific to the cannabis industry.
• Oversee core financial functions including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and procurement.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance and accounting team.
• Engage in capital markets, investor relations, and manage risk effectively.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings at least 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in highly regulated industries such as cannabis, consumer packaged goods, or life sciences. We seek a leader with a strong command of GAAP accounting, financial modeling, and audit processes, along with expertise in financial systems and ERP platforms.
