A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist - Tier 1 - US Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users on hardware, software, and the VAST POS System
Perform technical diagnosis and troubleshooting for users with issues and provide appropriate solutions
Create, update, and resolve customer tickets while keeping users informed on outstanding requests
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of relevant experience in technical phone support
Strong knowledge of Office 365
Experience with remote work
Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining PC hardware and peripherals
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is desired
