Our client is seeking a professional with a background in agriculture and skills in financial planning and analysis to help drive smart decisions and long-term growth in a region known for its rich farming heritage and coastal lifestyle. Description -Lead the creation and management of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans to guide business decisions. -Prepare regular financial reports with variance analysis and recommend adjustments to improve results. -Build and maintain financial models that support planning, investment decisions, and “what-if” scenarios. -Work closely with operations, sales, and other teams to align financial plans with company goals. -Analyze profitability, costs, and ROI to identify risks, trends, and new opportunities for growth. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required, MBA or advance degree preferred. -5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. -Strong understanding of accounting principles and management reporting. -Expert financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; proficiency in ERP and financial planning systems. - Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. -Experience in agriculture, produce, or food manufacturing industry preferred. - Strong business judgment and results-driven mindset -Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
