A company is looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of solutions for Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA Risk Adjustment programs.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to enhance risk score accuracy and workflow efficiency
Translate regulatory changes into actionable product requirements and road-map updates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable risk adjustment solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in healthcare product management, analytics, or technology, including 2+ years in risk adjustment products
Demonstrated knowledge of risk adjustment and interoperability frameworks
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Understanding of clinical documentation, coding workflows, and provider specialty taxonomy
