LPO Escrow Officer (Longview)

Job description

• Close residential and commercial purchase and sale and refinance real estate transactions;
• Review contracts between parties for duties and responsibilities of the escrow / closing agent;
• Review title reports and / or UCC searches for property / assets being transferred and clear any liens;
• Prepare settlement statements and closing disclosure statements;
• Prepare and issue closing protection letters, payoff requests, and transfer documents;
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and referral sources;
• Supervise escrow assistants and mobile notaries.
• Full-time with generous benefits; Pay $20 - $50 per hour
