WHAT WE OFFER :

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Engage in a detailed training program to hone your skills in providing holistic financial advice to clients, actively participating in discussions and goal-setting sessions.
  • Gain firsthand sales experience by marketing Individual Insurance products and passing a sales competency test.
  • Develop your prospecting abilities in research, networking, and communication through personal networks and community engagements.
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, showcasing expertise in their features and advantages.
  • Manage the completion of proposals, documents, and application processes, ensuring a seamless interaction between field and Home Office.
  • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Successfully meet all trainee program requirements to gain essential skills and knowledge.
  • Acquire necessary insurance licenses before starting the position, with up to two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.
  • Pass the CRD / FINRA background check at hire, with ongoing checks, and secure securities licensing within 24 months of the program's start.
  • Be highly self-motivated and results-oriented, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Be willing to travel up to 50% of the time and possess a valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation for meetings.
  • Champion a culture of diversity and inclusion, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering a curious mindset.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Familiarity with the Insurance / Financial Services industry, products, and marketing practices.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
