What You'll Do

As a Medical Receptionist , you'll be the welcoming face of our clinics and an essential part of smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include :

Greeting and admitting patients with warmth and professionalism

Accurately collecting and updating patient information

Managing phone calls and routing them appropriately

Handling patient inquiries with care and efficiency

Supporting clinic flow with scheduling, insurance verification, and record management

What We're Looking For

Friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinic environment

At least 12 months of experience in a medical clinic (preferred)

Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency
