A company is looking for a Remote Senior Outreach Specialist (Advocate).
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist individuals in applying for disability benefits
Determine eligibility for benefits through a series of questions and explain regulations in an understandable manner
Gather personal and financial information for the initial submission of Social Security Disability applications while ensuring data integrity
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years of experience in a high-touch customer service or call center environment
Strong phone skills with the ability to actively listen and maintain professionalism
Comfortable using contact center software and proficient in data entry
Experience working remotely with a private, quiet office space
Ability to manage difficult conversations and use probing questions effectively
