What You’ll Do :

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the managed waiver program.
• Monitor and support services for your assigned caseload.
• Enroll new applicants and ensure compliance with DBMD program standards.
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients, families, vendors, and team members.
• Provide crisis intervention and on-call support as needed.
• Travel to client homes and community activities in the Beaumont and Houston areas .

What You Bring :

Bachelor’s in health / human services + 2 years’ experience
