COVID vaccinations encouraged, but not required.   Unit Details : Consist of mainly tele / cardiac patients # of Beds in unit :  16 RN to Patient ratio :   4 : 1 Patient Population :  Adult - Geriatric Dress code :   any color scrubs Remote Tele Unit MUST be able to follow & comfortably the Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x / shift Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.   RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!    NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).  Cancellation policy :   Facility  can cancel up to 5 shifts per 13 week contract , must give 2 hr notice  Dress Code :   Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons.
