Primary Responsibilities :

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Relationship Manager who support enterprise clients, managing day-to-day inquiries and escalations.
• Investigate and resolve complex payment issues by collaborating with technical, product, and operations teams.
• Analyze transaction data and client behavior to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Support onboarding and integration processes by understanding client requirements and ensuring alignment with our API and platform capabilities.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
• Proactively monitor client accounts to ensure service levels are met and potential issues are addressed early.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to advocate for client needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Payments / Merchant Services professional experience required. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
