Senior Product Marketing Manager, Instruments and Accessories

This role focuses on leading commercial marketing efforts for Radiometer’s blood gas analyzers and sampling accessories across North America.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase the adoption of instruments and sampling accessories.
  • Design sales tools and messaging frameworks that support positioning and objection handling.
  • Create digital content and nurture campaigns to support leads throughout the sales funnel.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field – MBA would be a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows in ICU, ED, or laboratory environments.
  • Proven experience selling or marketing capital equipment and accessories to hospitals, including knowledge of procurement and sales processes.
  • Experience in using digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to generate and nurture leads and executing Account-Based Marketing campaigns across key hospital accounts.
  • Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical / Environment Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
  • It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in :

  • 5+ years of experience in diagnostics or hospital-based settings.
  • This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from your home. The annual salary range for this role is $150,000 to $165,000 . This role is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
