Job descriptionTrained expert who provides a remarkable client experience Travel to each client's home or business Install the holiday or permanent lights to the exterior of the home or business Maintain the holiday lights, if necessary, throughout the holiday season Uninstall the holiday lights at the end of the holiday season Participate in marketing initiatives Full-time and part-time opportunities available The holiday lights are seasonal, running through the end of the holiday season, whereas the permanent lights could be installed any time of the year Meaningful compensation Bonus and incentives opportunities Sales commissions opportunities Flexible scheduling Autonomous, outdoor work environment Develop professional skills Marketing & sales Accountability Helping to brighten the Cleveland area neighborhoods No prior experience necessary Be at least 18 years old Have a valid driver's license Be extremely reliable, dependable, and willing to work long daily shifts and weekends, during peak installation times, in potentially cold weather.
