We are seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals to become part of our compassionate team!

As a Direct Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to individuals, helping them learn essential daily living skills and participate in life activities to achieve greater independence.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Helping individuals develop important daily living skills and create an environment conducive to learning and growth.
  • Assisting people in identifying and achieving their personal goals for a fulfilling life.
  • Monitoring their comfort and safety while ensuring their medical, nutritional, and personal care needs are consistently met.
  • Providing emotional support and assistance with general housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and laundry duties.

    Starting Wage : $18.46

    Daily Pay - Enjoy the flexibility of managing your finances with the convenience of daily payment options for your work, providing financial peace of mind.

  • We seek individuals who aim to make a positive difference in people's lives. No previous experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license is required where applicable.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • This role requires frequent physical activity, including extended periods of standing, walking, and bending, with occasional sitting, kneeling, climbing, and balancing.
  • You will need to frequently reach above knee level and overhead, as well as routinely lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent pushing / pulling up to 40 pounds of force.
  • Applicants should be capable of safely transferring individuals weighing up to 50 pounds.
