Job descriptionExperienced Toxic Tort Asbestos Attorney About you 1 to 3 years of experience as an organized litigator, preferably with toxic tort litigation but not required Excellent analytical and writing skills Ability to develop and implement case strategies Desire to build client relationships and collaborate with talented team Position details : Haws-KM, P.A. is looking for an experienced toxic tort litigation attorney. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with clients and independently manage tasks. Toxic tort experience is preferred, but not required.The required skillset includes experience with : Brief writing Drafting pleadings Responding to written discovery Legal Research and writing Interfacing with clients Taking depositions Strategizing creatively and collaboratively with a practice group or client team Presenting arguments before a judge and / or jury About the firm Haws-KM, a collegial, mid-sized firm, offers attorneys the opportunity to work on complex and high stakes matters with exceptional clients and experts. Associates are encouraged to attend Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars to help them hone their skills and further enhance their knowledge applicable to their practice. Associates are taught the importance of cultivating strong and meaningful relationships with both clients and professional staff. Associate Compensation Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000, with access to a discretionary annual bonus plan.
