Clinic Director / Physical Therapist

Advantage Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated and team-oriented Clinic Director to lead our Sammamish clinic and as we continue to grow.

We’re a PT-owned, two-clinic practice committed to exceptional care and therapist development. Our treatment model emphasizes 45-minute one-on-one sessions, evidence-based practices, and patient outcomes that go beyond expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned clinician looking to step into leadership—or an experienced director ready for more autonomy and impact. You'll work alongside an experienced staff and receive mentorship from a supportive, hands-off owner who has successfully mentored multiple Clinic Directors.

What You’ll Do :

Lead day-to-day clinic operations and team collaboration

Deliver individualized orthopedic care in a one-on-one setting

Mentor and support fellow PTs and staff

Partner with our Redmond Clinic Director to ensure company-wide excellence

Drive clinic productivity and patient satisfaction

Help implement growth strategies and maintain a strong clinic culture

Qualifications :

WA State Physical Therapy License (required)

3+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience (preferred)

Clinic Director or leadership experience (preferred but not required)

Strong manual therapy background or interest in developing those skills

Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about lifelong learning

Comfortable in both clinical and leadership roles
