Your Role :
As a Certified Sterile Processing Specialist, you will be crucial in ensuring that surgical instruments are properly sterilized for safe usage.
Prepare instrumentation through effective cleaning, packing, sterilizing, and storage procedures.
Utilize sterilization equipment following established protocols.
Assemble instruments, trays, and drill trays for operating rooms according to established policies.
Manage equipment distribution and conduct necessary cleaning and maintenance activities.
Participate in restocking and exchanging items in crash carts.
Adhere to Standard Precautions, using personal protective equipment as required.
Qualifications Required :
Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician, Certified Registered Central Service Technician, or Certified Surgical Technician.
