Counterintelligence Specialists

Bluehawk is seeking two mid-level Counterintelligence Specialists who shall perform work at designated government-owned facilities at USINDOPACOM HQ Camp H.M. Smith; USINDOPACOM JIOC, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI; and other military locations on the island of Oahu, HI. Locations also may include OCONUS & CONUS U.S. Government Controlled Facilities within the USINDOPACOM's Area of Responsibility (AOR) or their Joint Detachment (JDET) Offices in Denver, CO; Minneapolis, MN; or Ft. Worth, TX. Primary work location is Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, however government will determine based on mission requirements.

Responsibilities

J2X requires dedicated capacity and expertise to prepare CI analytical products in support of the Command Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (CCICA). Support includes situational awareness of the FIE threat and to coordinate, de-conflict, and synchronize theater CI activities.

The contract employee shall conduct research on classified and unclassified systems in order to acquire all relevant and available data, create comprehensive and actionable intelligence products, and write analytical assessments related to improving DoD understanding of FIE activities, motivations, and associations.

The contract employee shall provide CI analytical and targeting support in order to identify FIE organizations, leadership, officers, support and action agents, sources and source networks, contacts, activities, capabilities and intentions. The contract employee will also identify FIE methodology, tradecraft, communications, collection platforms, information systems, databases, and activities; and brief senior leaders on the threat. The contract employee will develop new CI Collection Requirements based on links and associations discovered, identify targeted technologies of interest to FIEs, and refine collection efforts.

Qualifications

Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.

Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.

Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.

Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.

Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.

Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.

Desired Experience : At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Desired Education : Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
